We provide car rental services in Singapore and related online features, including tools that allow customers to share their travel and road trip videos to third-party platforms such as TikTok.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence recognised in Singapore to rent a vehicle. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Bookings and Payment

All rental bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by us. Prices, deposits, and fees are displayed at the time of booking. Payment must be completed in accordance with the terms shown at checkout.

5. Use of the Vehicle

You agree to use the rented vehicle lawfully and in accordance with the rental agreement. You are responsible for any traffic offences, fines, tolls, and damage incurred during the rental period.

6. TikTok Integration

Our website offers an optional feature that lets you connect your own TikTok account and upload your travel videos as drafts to your TikTok account. You authenticate directly with TikTok via OAuth. We do not receive your TikTok password. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time. All content you upload remains your responsibility and must comply with TikTok’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any videos, images, or other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely for the purpose of delivering the feature you requested (e.g. uploading a video to your TikTok account).

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates third-party rights; (c) attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Service.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms for rentals are set out in your rental agreement or booking confirmation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Eva Car Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these Terms or for any lawful reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
